Which mod changed their name to John Axford?

By the way he was my teammate at ND. He had Tommy John and honestly when he came back he was terrible. I mean it was sad because pre-surgery he was amazing.

I'm glad he went to Canisius and got back on track and regained his old form.

Did he have the best facial hair in baseball even then? Because that mustache (which I believe has now morphed into a goatee) is the kind of thing we should all aspire to.

I wasn't aware there was Tommy John in his past. That surgery really isn't the career killer it was sort of made out to be a few years back.

Haha well he was always a bit of a free spirit and just a fun natured guy. At ND we couldn't have facial hair, so nothing crazy like his handle bar mustache took place.

Yea he had it after his Jr. season I believe and barely pitched his Sr. year for us. I'll say it sure looked like a career killer that Sr. season, it took him longer to get everything back.

I'm really happy for him that things worked out.

It's not that I can't support him because he's an awful person, although he's a ****ing awful person.

I can't support him because he was a WVU head coach, and I don't like WVU. In fact, that might be a bit too lenient for WVU, but I will stop there.

So I got our CBS affiliate sports anchor to be my Senior Mentor.

Not only does this make Senior Project easier (which more or less decides if we graduate) but it also gets me into the pressbox at Death Valley. For what game or how many I don't know, but at least I ge to go up there.

So I had to get my new health card today but had to tag along with my father as he went for a job interview. These two things would probably take close to 2 hrs took only 40 minutes tops.

I hate trying to figure out overnight trips into Boston, especially Brookline which forbids any kind of overnight parking on any street.

Especially since most of the public transportation stops also ceased to offer their overnight parking. Annoying.

What about Riverside? They still have overnight parking, don't they? It's the Green line, so you can take the T in to either Brookline Hills or Village.
