Had my 5 year HS reunion last night and it was just a ****show. It was awful. I still see or talk to everyone i want to so it was like nothing changed. Thanksgiving Eve is the biggest drinking night in Maryland and I saw everyone than to.

The what are you doing with your life questions were getting way to annoying from people I haven't seen in awhile. It got to the point where i was gonna say do you really care or just asking.

Nothing changed with my HS, you could put a line down in the middle of the bar and all the cliques and what not were still the same. People stayed talking to the same people and nothing else.



The only good thing that came out of it was when my once best friend since 3 years old decided to finally come out and yell at my in person and start a fight with me due to the fact I told his parents he has become a heroine addict 6 months ago. First time i seen him and he looked just absolutely terrible, and I figured everyone knows what happened now and he was just trying to act like bada** so i smugged him and went on my way.

I'm not going to my high school reunion. I keep in touch with my good friends from high school, as were still good friends. But everyone else I don't care if I seem them or not, and have no interest in attending my reunion.

I never even heard anything about my high school having a 5 or 10 year reunion for my class. We'll see if they do anything for the 15 year reunion in 2014.

It's nice to be home! Went to my hometown of Omaha to visit family for Thanksgiving. I had a great time. I love watching Nebraska games with the family and it's always better to be in the state when Husker football plays anyway. It's awesome to see people all over the city wearing red and flying their Husker flags high.

But it is good to be back home.

Oh and I'll probably care a little less about my high school now that the best players we've had in awhile are gone. Two three star recruits on the team (one commited to Wazzu and the other being recruited by Wazzu, Idaho, Hawai'i, Oregon State, Oregon, Washington, and TCU) and another one I really think would do great at a non-BCS type school. I graduated two years ago so this is pretty much the last year with people I was friends with at school.

On the bright side, at least you get to follow them through their college careers. That should be fun.

Not that any of you care which doesn't matter to me...

...but life is altogether vanity. As much as I try to get ahead with my job or make money to pay bills and get more possessions, it can all go away in one day by tradegy and all the work be gone. I'm thankful for my family, my home and my companion.

It may not be Thanksgiving day, but it's certainly worth telling your loved ones how much you appreciate them everyday...it may be your last chance.

Well it is Sunday........North Korea now fires off a round of SAM missiles and South Korea says if you do one more thing, we going to take it again and once again says if you do one more thing......

Sigh.......

For the past 2 nights now it has been snow flurries......don't ever amount to much but black ice. And yes we have already had somebody killed on the road due to black ice already. People put too much faith in their 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Just because your vehicle cost 45K and have all these bells and whistles with the latest safety features, don't mean you can't die....

Good to be home after spending 4 days with the family. I've got an uncle and aunt that won't be in the same room, so I had 3 different gatherings. Since I was part of the neutral faction, I got lots of good home cooking. It was nice to see everyone, but I am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and having a day off of work to myself tomorrow!
