I don't feel bad for you Husker. I'm in year 10 in my Indiana dynasty and last season was my first Big 10 title, first BCS bowl appearance (I beat Cal in the Rose Bowl), and highest ranking #12.

I typically sign a lot of 3 guys and some 4 star guys. Now I'm signing a lot of 4 star guys and trying to recruit 5 stats.

Ohio State use to always kick my ***, but I beat them the last 2 seasons. Iowa is tough though, I've only beat them once and that was on a last second field goal to clinch the BigTen last season.

I'm in year 9 of my Virginia Tech Dynasty, and have yet to play in the Nat'l Title game.

Started 9-0 in season 1, and lost 2 in a row to UNC and Miami. Played and won ACC Champ, then the Orange Bowl.

Started 6-0 in season 3 only to lose to GT on the road, and lose again to UNC, won ACC Champ that yr too...but lost in the Chick-Fil-A to Auburn.

Signed a 4* QB (Danny White) in season 5, he's won the Heisman in his Jr year, and in my current season (season #9) he's in his Sr yr w/ VT standing @ 6-0.

I'm ranked #6 in the top25 as well, but all the teams ahead of me (BAMA, USC, Penn St, Texas, Florida) have easy schedules and could all go undefeated as well. Which unfortunately would mean that my stud, and all-time best (statistically) VT QB would've neve played in the BCS Nat'l Title game.

The new show on History which looks interesting is the lockers show where people buy the storage lockers that Americans don't pay rent/lose and then sell what's in it for $$$. One guy made $15,000 off of one locker!!

History has a show like that too? I ask because A&E has a show exactly like that. If I had the kind of money some of those guys have i'd look into doing that for a living....course knowing my luck i'd end up broke with nothing to my name within 6 months.

So how often do recruits leave when you break playin time promises. I went 10-3 year 1 with Wash. st. , made early pt promises but then the underclassmen progressed a lot

Speaking of football games...anyone else doing a dynasty on NCAA '11? I'm doing one with Indiana. I'm in year 5 and while I haven't even played for a national title, my program is one of the elite right now considering I've won 2 Big Ten titles. I win 10 or 11 games every season(either Michigan or OSU beats my *** every season..never fials). Usually go to either the Capital One or Rose Bowl.

However, recruiting is a bitch. I can't recruit a good corner or defensive tackle to save my life. My largest recruiting class(I've had 4 thus far)is 14. How the **** do you sign a big class? I need to build depth on defense if I'm ever going to win a national title.

I'm doing one with Toledo, they're good within the MAC but recruiting in that region with a MAC school sucks, thanks to all the Big 10 schools.
But I like the challenge.

I'm in my 4th year in the MAC and I'm not pulling in very good classes either, even with recruiting set only on varsity. First class was ranked 46th nationally, second class was 72nd nationally. I got a little cocky since both years my team finished 13-1 (and disappointingly playing in the little caesars bowl), so I went after some 4 star kids in year 3 and it backfired, I ended up with the 92nd rated class.

This year looks much better though, I have 5 four stars and 5 three stars signed and currently ranked 17th best class with about 4 weeks to go in the regular season. I've been playing a lot lately trying to get CMU into the big 10. It's cool watching your recruiting pitches get a little better every year. My big wins have been against OSU, Boise, Michigan, MSU, USC, and GT in the fiesta bowl. Key losses against Alabama, Boise, MSU, ND, and Ohio (ouch).

Fired up NCAA 2K8, downloaded the latest rosters and OMG, that game is still as exciting and addicting as it was 3 years ago.

Nothing like some college hoops action in the heart of winter.

They did a segment about people who do this on This American Life (NPR show) a while back. I was flipping through and saw that there was a TV show about it a couple weeks ago. The people who do this for a living are....interesting.

99% of those things have junk in them, and they all talk about these mythical "big scores" of the past. They're all chasing that as a way to get rich quick.

Just ask her out.......I see chicks get hit on at Walmart, Best Buy, Target and grocery stores all the time. Me personally never did care for retail chicks, mainly because they get hit on so damn often and go out with 1/4 of their male customers. Especially the ones who work inside of a mall.

Retail chick sluts turn into bar tender sluts when they become grown, true story. LOL

I know the bartenders out here go home with a different guy damn near every night. It is the nature of the business I guess.

I want to. But I don't know how exactly I should while she is working. It'd be different if we were just out somewhere and ran into each other. I'm just trying to think of the best, smoothest way to go about it.

I want to go back up there to see if I can catch her again. But what is too soon?
