I understand where you are coming from. I graduated this past May, I had a job in line, one of the lucky ones. I am pursuing a Masters as well, with a target date of next fall.
Here in NJ/NY, I can sit, but won't get licensed unless you are at 150. Also, you do need work experience.
I also jumped back and forth with the thought of going for an M.B.A but might just go for a Masters in Taxation. (Current field I am in)
I have heard nothing but great things about Becker, however, I want to try this cost-effective strategy, the first go-round.
I'll tell you one thing, I work at a private company, and I didn't realize how much down time one has. I am currently at work right now. On the bright side, it has allowed me to re-visit OS like old times.
