I'll agree with this. I don't understand how some of the older people in my office drink coffee literally all day at work. I would be shaking so bad I couldn't function by the end of the day if I did that.
I never want to get into the habit of using caffeine to wake up in the morning. I used to do SF Red Bull often, but got out of that habit. I find that eating a bowl of healthy cereal, having an orange juice, and drinking some water works just fine to get myself going.
