        Made my own lunch for work. I've been so lazy, gained weight the past few weeks.

        Time to make a change, again.

        Rice with chicken bouillon with a side of ground beef with onions and squash and topped with tomato sauce.


        I'll see if it passes the taste test around 1PM.

                That sounds rather interesting. There is a name for that dish but I can't seem to think of it at the moment.

                        It's basically a twist on a dish called Dirty Rice. Ground beef, onion, and rice with bullion.

                                    ...taking two histories was was bad idea. I'm good at history and all, but two cumulative history finals in back to back days is not going to be pretty. Both are Am History, one pre-civil war and one post-civil war.


                                    At least I'll be done with History after this semester

                                            I had originally considered being a history minor in college before ultimately settling on psychology. I did take one history class my junior year though, 20th Century European History. Was an interesting class.

                                                I'm a history major and a pre-Masters of Arts in Education. I can't take enough history. I'm not sure why, but it's just so interesting.

                                                    I used to journal a few years ago. I may pick it up again with the new year. Kind of interesting to see your entries dating back a few months. It's a great way to get things off your chest.
