    What y'all think?

Sorry I keep clogging this thread fellas. I won't be posting in it for a while.

I'll be saving a little extra cash to get a 2007-2011 Toyota Camry in around June'ish.

Decided that would be the best choice for me. Pretty sweet car, great space for a 6'5 guy like me. Definitely customizable! They car is just great so, I'll be waiting just a little bit.

Anyone own a model of one of those Camrys? Is it really worth the hype? What kind of negatives does it have? What kind of mods have y'all put on it?

Thanks for all the answers fellas

I had a 2008 Camry before it was totaled in 2010. I loved it. Great gas mileage and very spacious.

Definitely sorry for trolling you guys so hard last week. I should have just waited till I got the car.

                2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S 16,000 miles

Definitely looking to do some stuff with the car. What y'all think I could add.

And it's also tinted windows. I'm not sure how that'll go over with the cops. Hahaaa

You probably got a good deal on it too, because the newer design is out.

Honestly, I stock up on the factory options...I'm not a fan of aftermarket.

What do you mean factory options?

Yea, it was a pretty good deal. I was actually going to leave the dealership empty ended, and the guy offered me any Altima in the lot. Wow.

I do want to put on black rims however.

With my new car, I have a triptonic option.

Can it be used as a manual car? I mean would the speed increase the same way? And when do you shift up when you're trying to go faster than normal? On the highway for example..

I was going to buy black rims for my car, but I just ended up Plasti dipping them. Only costed me $25.

But I would look HERE for advice on customization.

If it was my car I would:
                          Tint (Already said thats done)
                          Debadge it
                          Change the grill
                          HID Head and Foglights
                          FULL LED conversion
                          Maybe even some Angel Eyes
I would probably look into ripping out the stock radio if it wasn't a navi in there and putting a tablet in.

                          And obviously performance mods.

A.) You know what you are doing
B.) It's an amazing price you can't turn down

....which is exactly what happened when I bought a totaled 2004 Infiniti G35x with 57k miles on it. Which I bought for $2700. Looked MUCH worse than what it was. Needed all fenders, hood, and bumper and some internals. Will end up getting the car for FAR less than what it's really worth.

Salvage inspection will be a real pain, especially here in CT.

How do y'all save gas? Please don't say "don't drive".

Also, if y'all were to speed, what would be the best advice with that?

Don't speed? I typically do 5 over and 9 over on the interstate. Depends on the location/region, too.

Save gas? Carpool. Plan your trips/routes. Don't accelerate too quickly. Don't speed.
