Bravestarr was pretty mature for its time. It was actually quite a good show. It's a shame the toyline didn't sell as they canceled the cartoon due to that.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: The Nostalgia Thread
While we're on the subject of hilariously annoying mascots, the original of this was in my age 3-6 years so I didn't see much of it then, but oh, the reruns:
There's a reason I jumped on that PYL PSN remake as soon as it came out.Comment

Re: The Nostalgia Thread
Was this the one where every show ended with one person from each team doing a tug o war over a alligator pit or something crazy like that?I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Best soft drink ever.
When these came out, they were the best thing on the planet.
Used to collect these like crazy. I was obsessed with muscle cars in elementary school.
The 90's was the peak of sports cards. Thank God I was a kid then. I loved those days.Twitter

Re: The Nostalgia Thread
Something like that - you can see the pit in question in the lower left of that screenshot. I don't think that pit came into play on every episode, though - most of the time it was just a water hazard skaters could be knocked into.Comment
