Re: Bullied kid snaps, hulk smashes some little prick.
That big kid is lucky that kid didn't land on his neck. Could have killed him. I think he should be in trouble. He didn't need to pick him up and slam him like that. The best thing to do is just keep hitting the kid on the ground or just go away. That was pretty scary. I had a kid in my class get out of his seat and go attack other student. The other student got up and slam that kid on the ground. Bust the kid's head open and blood was everywhere. Really scary!
If the big kid wanted to he could've gone after the kid on the ground and destroyed him.
The little kid is lucky that he didn't land on his neck because the big kid wouldn't have been in trouble any more than he was.
This entire situation is avoided if the little kid doesn't assault the big kid.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

If you don't want to get slammed don't punch someone way bigger then you, lesson learned.Comment

Wow. I'm a little late but that slam was awesome. I love how dazed and confused that skinny kid was as he tried to get up."You got it man. I don't watch hockey." SidVish"I thought LeBron James was just going to be another addition to help me score."

Re: Bullied kid snaps, hulk smashes some little prick.
I doubt it. That would be charging crimes based on the result, not the intent. If the kid died, manslaughter at the very most(at very doubtful at that) because nothing about his actions were premeditated and he was still actively defending himself. The little kid was lucky he didn't go American History X on him, then you might have been looking at something, but even then it wouldn't be premeditated.Chalepa Ta Kala.....Comment

Powerslam compliments of Capt. Insano!!
Dang I'm sorry that was funny. I understand he could have done worse. If really would have snapped after that powerbomb he could have started punching the crap out of him.Comment

Well if he slam that kid on his head I am pretty sure here in would be charged that. Maybe I am wrong. I had kids come in for attempted murder charges, but they did stab someone. I also had a kid get charged with murder, because when he hit the kid with a punch he fell backwards and hit his head on the concrete and died.Comment

Re: Bullied kid snaps, hulk smashes some little prick.
I'll tell you one thing, this definitely wouldn't go down as self-defense.
And that's really my biggest problem with this thing. Look, I love the video. It's painful, yada-yada. But wouldn't it be funnier/better if it was the other way around? This is exactly why I was referring to the Peter Parker thing. The smaller, wimpier kid taking on the bigger guy to show not to mess around with him was more so in a physical sense than a mental sense. This kid knows Casey is three times his size, but he bullies him because he is mentally weak. Turns out the kid decides to snap and uses his known physical strength on the boy.
So again, if we saw a little kid body slam a big boy, things would definitely be different in my point of view. This would be a kid who needs to show he can't be messed around with. This big guy just bottles up all of his emotions, restraining his known force from unleashing. Again, the video was nice for a little bit of revenge, but let's just hope the kid is responsible with this power. He is a known physical force, and he might just become the new bully on campus if he wants to, picking on those who used to pick on him.
That's what my other post meant earlier, and that's also why something like this wouldn't ever be called "self-defense," while it could be so the other way around if Casey was the bully and the other kid was the victim.Last edited by Blzer; 03-16-2011, 11:38 AM.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment
