Agreed. To get rid of the Columbia Blue would be a travesty. That's actually how our High School uni's looked, only with blue helmets.

Idk, I associate that look with Houston. They should work on building their Tennessee brand more instead of being "The Old Oilers".

Well, if they were building their Tennessee brand... they may want to move away from the same colors the Texans use.

I don't associate that look with Houston. I associate it with the Oilers. Houston has a new look, the Titans should embrace their roots.

I don't mind lots of alternates, as long as they follow a template. Oregon's uniforms all look the same, but with different colors. So I think all their combos look good. A lot of schools are trying to go as weird as possible

We may have lost NFL Throwback unis.

“Our Head, Neck, and Spine Committee, chaired by Drs. Hunt Batjer and Richard Ellenbogen, and the Player Safety Advisory Panel, chaired by John Madden and Ronnie Lott, have recommended that players no longer wear different helmets as part of a ‘Throwback’ or ‘Third’ uniform,” the memo from the league office said. “Our office supports this change and has reviewed it with the chairman of our Health and Safety ownership committee, Dr. John York, who concurs with this recommendation.”

The league office told all teams planning to wear throwback uniforms this season that players must wear their regular helmets on throwback dates. The outside of the helmet can be modified by removing or replacing decals, but the helmet itself must stay the same.
