The giant logo helmets are actually Boise's main helmet now. But they were the ones who started it. I would still argue that Northwestern perfected it though and that everyone else after that moment should have just stopped.

OK, who's field is that? Clearly not Murray States since their colors are blue and yellow and the logo is way different. Wikipedia turned up a professional women's fastpitch softball team called the Akron Racers whose colors are black and red, but their logo appears to be different than the one on the field though the Wikipedia article also appears to be somewhat out of date.
