I like that idea a lot. I don't think enough teams do it. The whole "Using past colors in the modern template" thing.

I'd like to see the Brewers do something like that with their blue and yellow.

Or, you know, quit being stubborn and just switch back to the ball and glove already.

Hopefully this will evolve much like the way the Blue Jays use of their old uniform style led to their current fauxbacks.

The Mariners look so much better in that style and I agree about the Brewers. Just go back to the ball in glove template ASAP.

I guess I'm in the minority on this one then. The Mariners have a unique look with the navy and teal, and anything they should have emphasized the teal more. Now they have the navy and teal, and then for some reason navy and yellow on certain days. It just muddles everything up.

It looks more aqua than anything else. That's not so egregious as Boise's turf though I think that color would look better if teams still played on the old concrete turf.

This is what I suggested their unis be from day one. Hope they work them in as the regular unis for next season.
