Good cause, I like the message, but it looks terrible. It just looks weird to make the logo Red, White, and Blue and have everything else normal.

I really wanted Air Force to break out the Thunderbird uniforms, I loved those a lot more then the 9/11 ones from last year. I know they're two completely different things, but they are red, white, and blue and they just look amazing.

In regards to the AFA uniforms, the jerseys and pants were the same as the Thunderbird uniforms, but the helmet was the lightning bolt logo, but with the Stars and Stripes instead of solid blue.

Does it bug anyone else how anti anything red, white, and blue Uni Watch and Paul Lukas is? They called players wearing special gloves and shoes, "disgusting,". I feel like thats pretty strong verbiage to use about something like this. Especially since all of the equipment is being auctioned off and donated to 9/11 charities. I don't know, it really rubbed me the wrong way.

I agree. I look at red, white, and blue stuff the way I look at the Breast Cancer stuff in the NFL. It may not look great, but the cause is so good that I totally support it.

I can't help to agree when it comes to the MLB hats, because they're so poorly executed and used so many times through the season, but this is just not cool. You'd think someone like Paul Lukas whose home was effected by 9/11, would be a little more sympathetic towards things like this. It's not about a company trying to make money or get its name out. If that were the case, they would have given them to every NFL player and sold stuff in stores. I get he's anti anything with a Nike, UA, or adidas logo on it, but this is just bull****.

Does anyone have a good pic of the patch Junior Hemingway has to wear now to honor Desmond?

It's gonna be kinda weird when a running back gets #21 and he has to honor Demond with the patch but not Biakabutuka.

So one of my bestfriends walked on to the SELU football team as a running back. He was not there when they got fitted for jerseys or picked numbers, so he got the raw end of the deal. He is probably 6'1" 200-210.

The Jersey is a LARGE.

It was bad in HS too. His body is shaped weird. He had to change his number because it literally took 3 of us to take off his uniform after games.

This is why i'll never like the modern cut/fit of football jerseys. If they still had the old style jersey cut it wouldn't look so bad even if he's shaped uniquely.
