Re: Tornado Outbreak Discussion
Simply incredible. I almost shed a tear of sadness when I saw that.
I was in Greenville, NC, a few weekends ago when the tornadoes ripped through the south on the weekend of April 16 and 17, and I thought THAT was bad. I can't believe the damage, destruction and death. Just ridiculous.
Digg has the top-10 must see tornado videos. You can really see just how MASSIVE these twisters were in a lot of the videos.

My God, what a terrible tragedy...
But like Blink said, when times are the toughest, we as people team together to help. I want to help, somehow. I have no connections to any of the South but I want to pitch in. Money, work, anything.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: Tornado Outbreak Discussion
Here's another video guys. This one is the most incredible one I've seen yet. Two guys chasing the tornado in Tuscaloosa and then driving right into the devastation where they were just minutes before, and at the end of the video they come up on a distraught woman who survived it. Unreal.

Re: Tornado Outbreak Discussion
The New York Yankees donated $500,000 to the relief effort in Tuscaloosa. I know Steinbrenner always had a good relationship with the University of Alabama thanks to Bryant, but this is incredible. It's amazig to see all the support from all over the country being given to Tuscaloosa.Twitter

It's not $500,000, but I'm willing to bet it will be a decent amount. And may thy spirit live in us, Forever LSU

Re: Tornado Outbreak Discussion
My Brother in law and some other friends and family left Mobile early this morning headed up to Tuscaloosa with a few thousand dollars worth of food, water, and supplies to hand out to those that need the help.“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Re: Tornado Outbreak Discussion
Thanks for all the support from across the country. I know that everyone there really appreciates it. My cousin posted on FB earlier that there was more than 1000 people that signed up to help in my hometown today. Most of them are from out of town but, that's a huge help. Especially for a town of just 1500 residents.
Here's another video:

It's unbelievable to see those vehicles tossed so, far off the road like that and some bodies are being found miles away from their home. It's really just unfathomable to me.
On another note, every time you see the good people in the world the bad is just around the corner... As looter's have become a major concern. I hope they have a special place in hell for those type of people. Here's an article:

Only a few names have been released of the 27 to 30 deaths. I know some of the names that have yet to be released but, I'm still really stressed about the rest of the names coming out.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague
