    Re: Child Protective Services

My wife gave it to her one time. Also plenty of updates today. Police said she has been pawning stuff for a while. Power tools, game consoles, jewelry, movies, etc. Also she is supposed to be drug tested every week to see her son and she's been skipping out of those for a while now. 2 days ago she left 2 signs on our window which were creepy. They were pictures of ducks? That's a violation of the police ordered no contact order. So far she's cost me my ps3 and all my games. 230 dollars in debit card fees, late fees, red box movie inside the ps3. Like the Undertaker, I wanna bury her alive. Also just to reiterate, she's 8 months pregnant.

My wife doesn't even know my debit card PIN number... Why the heck would your wife give it to a drug addicted neighbor???

Good luck getting this all taken care off. Sounds like you are going to need it.

No, she doesn't need to keep her kid. It should be against the law to do drugs when obviously pregnant. I know it goes into the whole abortion thing ultimately, but if someone killed her it would be double murder. From that viewpoint she should go to jail for the drugs and lose the kid.

I imagine you avoided kicking the tar out of her because she's pregnant.
I would have a hard time not slapping the poop out of her for hurting one of my kids.

I hope you press charges to the maximum amount. This woman should never be allowed on the streets again or near another child.

Called by the Tucson police today for an interview. Apparently she told the cops that my wife gave her the games to pawn for money, my wife gave her the debit card to withdrawl the money, and that I'm mean and cruel to her. So that created a whole new problem. So now they took our son from both of us at least until Friday. He's staying with one of the guys I work with. I'm in the military so I hope I can trust him. Could be up until Wednesday. They made us drug test today. Its also one of the hardest things ever to let someone take your son away and not be able to do anything.

Good gosh man, that whole thing is so far beyond messed up, I don't know what to say. I think you need to slap that psycho with a big fat civil suit.

This just seems really ****ed up to me. So a known drug user, with a warrant on her's word is taken that seriously? And just like that they take your kid away? Seriously, WTF?

It stopped computing somewhere around "wife intentionally gave PIN to psycho criminal loser neighbor."

                    Who does that?

Yeah, I don't understand half the actions going on, especially by the PD.

So now they're saying Tuesday or Wednesday before I get him back. Part of the reason I think is my wife has had depression and anger problems. Mostly during her pregnancy. It was sad. Last night she slept with his onsie.

Not to be political, but Tuscon is a very different part of the world I have learned, very liberal from a right/left wing point of view. Very different from the rest of the state if I am not mistaken.

Saying that ^^^ if this had been say Memphis, Birmingham, Arkansas, Louisiana you'd have your kid back and the crackhead would be in jail already. She has a warrant out on her and has to take drug tests to see her own child, and they STILL take her side? I am calling an attorney and suing the City of Tuscon.

Yeah, I have family in Laurel/Hattiesburg area and spent summers there, as well as attending Jones JC. I have a feeling that wouldn't be treating the crackhead like a victim and they would be treating you much better. This chick has the ear of local authorities for some stupid reason. I hope you sue them and it ends up on the news so these morons can be seen for who they are.
