So that created a whole new problem. So now they took our son from both of us at least until Friday. He's staying with one of the guys I work with. I'm in the military so I hope I can trust him. Could be up until Wednesday. They made us drug test today. Its also one of the hardest things ever to let someone take your son away and not be able to do anything.
What? I'm unfamiliar with how these scenarios work but how does that work?

They take your kid away but then the kid stays with someone you know? Only its someone you don't know well enough to know that you fully trust them?

That seems pretty crazy to me, seems like if they were taking the kid away they'd keep them with someone you don't know but works with the state somehow, at least that would be how I'd expect it to go. If the kid is staying with someone you know how would they know if you went and saw them?

Like I said though I have no idea how they handle stuff like this, just seems really flawed if thats how they go about doing it.

I know him and his wife. They're good people. Having my fingers crossed that they give him back to us tomorrow. Funny thing is we have to go to counseling. They try to make me feel like a bad parent and I'm just like I haven't done anything wrong. The only thing I didn't do was just tell my wife she can't be frends with that girl rather than merely suggesting it.

Well the polygraph person won't be in until Tuesday and that's all that's holding up getting my son back. So they extended the temporary foster care another 3 weeks. If he stays over there all of the three weeks he will have spent almost have of his life with them.

Several updates for those stillv interested... wife had her polygraph. That didn't go well. She was too nervous and the officer giving it was really intimidating. Mine is scheduled sometime this week. Trish the neighbor finally had her baby in which cps promptly took custody of. I was hoping to be able to spend my birthday with him tomorrow but that's not gonna happen. So I'm gonna go to the daycare and be with him and then to the guy that has had him over 3 weeks now. But our case worker recommended that I appeal if I don't have him back by Friday, which I'm gonna do. Next week he will have been out of our home a week which is unacceptable and just not right.

We also overheard Trish saying she's glad that her mom got her out of the lie detector test for now because she was scared as ****.

This whole situation is completely ****ed up, Albert. I really hope justice is served for you, and nothing majorly negative comes out of this. I hope you are reunited for your son for good.

I say go to the press. From what I have gathered you have done nothing wrong and your neighbor is just psycho. That would definitely speed things up if they have a reporter snooping around.

I still can't understand why your wife gave this woman her debit card and pin number.

I think she knows now she should never do that again.

Yeah, hope everything works out soon. Have you gotten the results from your wife's polygraph test?

Its a non military matter. So I don't think it makes a difference. They got the results but I won't find out til tomorrow.
