These are from the F.D.N.Y. Chief of Department Edward F. Croker, who was the CofD from 1899-1911, but even 100 years later his words still ring true.

We were shown this video that I love today in my 1st day of my Intro to Education class, might not apply to the majority of you but still a general motivation concept in there.

I personally think pro bodybuilders look a little ridiculous but the first part of this is pretty good.
