These are from the F.D.N.Y. Chief of Department Edward F. Croker, who was the CofD from 1899-1911, but even 100 years later his words still ring true.

Firefighters do not regard themselves as heroes because they do what the business requires.”

The fact that I would constantly be laughing at the dude in the striped pants' shoes (2nd guy from the right, front row) would negate the motivationality of that picture to me.

We were shown this video that I love today in my 1st day of my Intro to Education class, might not apply to the majority of you but still a general motivation concept in there.

I personally think pro bodybuilders look a little ridiculous but the first part of this is pretty good.
