I know everyone wants to think of themselves as a badass but smiling more can actually improve your life:

cliffs:
studies show people who smile in their yearbooks end up more successful
smiling is equivalent to 20K+ dollars
children smile up to 400 times a day while adults are significantly less...and you wonder why you were so happy as a kid?
not so much motivational, but we all strive for happiness

Thanks guys for all that has been added. I've been having a tough month and trying to keep focused and not get brought down by hardships. A lot of the videos and info here helps me put things in perspective.
