People saying "Tight" to describe when they're mad, upset.

I want to punch windows out every time I hear it being used in that context.

-Referring to cigarettes as "heaters"

-Calling soda anything other than soda...it's freaking soda.

-People who pronounce Nike "nyke"...it's "ny-kee" for the love of god.

-People who put "the" in front of roller coaster names. Ex. "I went to Busch Gardens and rode The Montu". Proper noun = no need for "the" in front of it.

-Not a phrase or term, but when people either unnecessarily capitalize things or abuse commas/parentheses/asterisks. Makes things jumbled and harder to read IMO.

-People who use big words in a desperate attempt to sound smart. My one friend, who's one of the dumbest people I've ever met, does this all the time. It's like...bro, just talk normal. You're not fooling anybody.

-LOL's in team names/athletes that don't make sense. Miami LOLphins is fine, Nick MarLOLkis is not.

Really? I swear, every girl I'm friends with Facebook says it in a post at least once every other day. Some more, some less. And kind of hard to move, here for another 3 years at least.

Sort of. More along the lines of, "Get over here and see this right meow!" I haven't heard it as a standalone thing, always part of a sentence.

I've never heard anyone do that but I so wish someone would, that way I could make fun of them for the rest of their life.

But I can see it being annoying if always done.

First time I heard it was one friend of mine telling one of her friends to "Get over here right meow, we're starting the movie." When I asked of it, it was apparently meant as a reference to the fact that her friend's nickname is Kat (I guess her middle name is Katherine and she like being called Kat more than her first name)*. Since then, I've heard it used far, far more (primarily on Facebook, but it's integrated itself into normal conversation with several people I know).

EDIT: *Also to add, this is another thing that annoys me is people preferring to be called another name instead of their real first name. I knew a guy in elementary/middle school that always told everyone to call him 'Shawn', when his name was Robert... I know several others that do the same thing, including 'Kat', who's real first name is Kelley.

Or at least according to my Speech teacher last year it is.

When people make a claim about what they're doing that is really no big deal and they follow it up with like "what of it?" or "what are you gonna do about it?" or something like that.

No one ****ing cares. It's not a big deal.
