Knees have been killin me in my recent pickup basketball games...looking for a solution. Do these actually work? Lol. I've heard these knee sleeves, along with arm sleeves (like every bball player wears nowadays) work prety well.

I can't believe it's May. I have less than 20 days of high school left. Unreal. After AP tests next week, I'm pretty much free from any and all classwork. And the great irony of this quarter, in which I haven't tried much at all, is that I have the best grades I've ever had for a quarter. Most teachers still GAF at this point, too. Crazy how that works.

I visited Champaign yesterday and now I'm even more psyched to go there for school. Awesome town and a beautiful campus.

Right now I'm so glad I didn't get swept up into the stress and shadiness of prom and other senior stuff. The girl who wanted me to take her (whom I awkwardly told I wasn't going) basically had her friends lie to her about a party, saying there wasn't one when really they just didn't want her and some of her friends at the party. The whole prom groups/pictures/after-parties thing really isn't worth it to me if people are going to act like that. I'm glad I avoided it.

I had 2 APs spring semester of last year and after the test was awesome. We basically talked about current events and did fun projects for the next two weeks, then prepared for finals for the last couple days leading up to those.

This year a majority of the people in my APs, including me, are exempt from finals. That means we'll probably be left alone to slack off and pretty much do nothing at all since we won't be tested on anything we learned this semester. I foresee many naps during those 3 classes post-AP test.

And honestly, even the APs haven't caused me a bit of stress recently. Having taken a handful in the past, I realize that those tests are pretty straightforward and not nearly as difficult as they're made out to be. Sure, the test lasts 3-4 hours, but it goes by quickly if you know your stuff.

We did nothing after the AP test in my AP Government class in 11th grade. It was great. And that AP test was so damn easy. It was an easy five.

I barely have any time from flight to flight. I have 30 minutes from arrival to departure, so boarding will have already started when I get to the gate. Plus, I gotta jump terminals in Chicago O'Hare. :/

Anyways, we have to come up with a fake movie treatment for my film class, so I present to all of you the plot synopsis for "DIE HARD 13".

It's long. I'll spoiler. And it ruins parts of other Die Hard movies (mainly the first one). Oh, and it's also stupid. But that's why it's fun.

From black, we see a man in a tanktop standing with his back to the camera. There is a gun taped to his back. Everyone in the scene is laughing. Eventually, the person with the gun stops laughing, rips the gun from his back, and shoots the criminal in the chest, causing him to go careening out of the highrise they're standing in, falling to his death. We see the shooter's face, and it's the face of.... Shia LeBeouf? The camera pans out, revealing that what we've been watching is footage from a movie. Eventually, we see an 80 year old Bruce Willis, getting up slowly from his theater chair. Willis is John McClane, and McClane, now near the end of his life, has sold his life story to Hollywood. With this fortune, McClane has retired to a high-end, luxury retirement home in a highrise in LA. McClane walks into his home and through the gathering area, where there is a large crowd of his co-tenants of this building. They're waiting because tonight McClane has promised to regale them with the story of the time he blew up a helicopter using a car. "Just a minute, I have to go take care of something first. I'll be right back and then we'll begin" says McClane, passing through. Follow McClane to his room, where he takes his numerous medications for the day. Then.... BOOM. A loud noise is heard from outside the door. People are yelling and screaming. McClane locks himself in his bathroom. We see two uniformed men come into the room and start banging on the bathroom door, trying to break into it. They know someone's in there. In his last resort, McClane climbs up and goes into the vents above the bathroom. He escapes just in time. He shimmies over to the gathering area, where he watches through a vent as a group of terrorists reveal that they've taken the building hostage, bent on robbing the hundreds of wealthy, elderly tenants of their family fortunes and retirement funds. Now McClane, armed only with a cane and experience, must fight to bring down this terrorist cell in his latest and greatest adventure yet!

The idea of Bruce Willis in prosthetic makeup fighting off hordes of terrorists with a cane brings me unspeakable joy. I was smiling the whole time I wrote that thing today.

Instead of terrorist make it zombies and/or mummies and you will have on hell of a fake movie.

In my US History class we've already finished our final and have basically a "movie" unit, where we watch classic films about different parts of history.

I can't believe I'll be a senior next year. I'm not sure if I'm scared ****less or excited for what comes after that, but it's been a good journey so far.

I think I'm gonna try and pull some massive motivation out of my *** and get this summer started off right. My plan is to start actually doing things in the evening rather than vegging and doing nothing. I plan to start running a couple times a week, developing some kind of guitar lesson plan for myself, along with other things like reading, growing an "apartment garden", and just being a big *** pimp.
