Lol so a supporters forum would magically make you not need to visit the Madden forum? Am I missing something?

Is someone forcing you to visit the forums you can't stand? You should tell Steve about the bad people.

I think what Blue means (and I know what I meant lol) is that we want to visit those forums and discuss the game objectively because we play it and discussing it is what we do at OS...but when every other post is BS or rampant stupidity, that makes a real discussion difficult.

The Supporters Forums, from my understanding of them, were a place where Supporters could go and discuss the various games away from people who could just register quick and troll. I'm not necessarily wishing for them back, because I do think non-supporters have valid opinions as well and I love talking to everybody, but I do understand where he's coming from.

Sounds like an issue with the volume of people posting. It is unreasonable to expect a bunch of Harvard level posts when thousands of people's inputs are going into the forums and at such a high pace with the recent release of the site's blockbuster game.

Definitely, and that's to be expected with as big a game as Madden is, but some days I definitely facepalm at some of the things said in there. I don't think its as much an expectation for eloquence for me as it is an expectation for objectivity and perspective. I just want people to be reasonable...which is my issue right there. It's tough to be reasonable with so many new people registering purely for the sake of posting something really extreme one way or the other.

I've personally vowed not to go back into the Madden forums until it calms down a little bit. I'll be sticking around the Neighborhood, Show Forums, and Dynasty HQ for the next month or two.

So I just had a Grape/Strawberry Jelly and Peanut Butter Sammich. Pretty Good but I must ask what the heck is the difference between Jelly/Jam/Preserves?

I couldn't sleep last night and when I did I was out cold. Luckily I woke up just in time to record something for someone or i'd be upset with myself. My mind is uncanny that way as I was supposed to wake up at 1 and woke up at 12:57

That's horrible to hear, he was a very nice guy from everything I've seen & read during his career. So many films I liked him in.
