I think I now have a movie buying addiction. I have a good 7 or so movies just sitting on the floor unopened right now after buying 4 (The Crow, American Pie 2, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and Warrior) this morning.

I used to do that with Blu-Rays as well (I have more Blu-Rays than I care to admit), then I realized that in this digital age it's becoming a moot point to do so (for me).

Remember all those VHS tape collection people amassed? Or even DVD's? All a waste of money & useless, in my eyes.

But hell, someone has to keep them in business. So people will continue buying them and building their collections no doubt.

Lol, its been two days since I got engaged. I literally haven't seen her. I hear her on the phone with her friends looking at dresses and what not, but I haven't had this much free time in a long time. Why didn't anyone tell me? If it wasn't so damn cold out I could've slipped out unnoticed and gone golfing.

That is the best part. She wants a destination wedding at Walt Disney World. We are looking at next year this time frame. So this will be going on for most of 2012!

I'm only 20 and work at a bank that closes at 1 PM on Saturdays and even I'm already sick of working Saturdays lol

I worked pretty much every Saturday for 7 years while I was in school. I stopped working weekends last June and even working 3 hours each Saturday for the past 6 weeks I know I can never ever go back to working Saturday. I do kind of miss having a day off during the middle of the week, but Saturdays off is like being a kid again.

I worked like a mad man while in school, mostly due to personal reasons. (i.e. father disabled, sister and I taking over)

Ever since last May, I graduated, working my prototypical 9-530, it has been HEAVEN.

The work week drags, no doubt, but weekends off have been glorious, especially in the fall.

I have just been working on this SUPER DUPER tax return, that has nothing to do with March 15, but because of March 15, everything got backed up.

BTW, I hate 1120-Fs.

I had weekends off the last four years, my next job, I'm sure that will not be the case, whatever it is - and then when I finish my master's there's no doubt that I will be working Sundays. LOL

Yeah, my boss warned me last Friday that this week could be crazy. It hasn't, actually. Of course if clients actually had all their information in that we needed that would be a different story. Extensions FTW!
