l3ulvl always has the "pour one out" images on deck. I approve.

Laptop still working... smells like ****in' vanilla creamer though. I think it actually helped out my keyboard.. there was stuff up in there making some keys harder to actually press down. This kind of cleared it out, though not in the way I was imagining.

Good Samaritan moment of the day: driving to pick up my fiance's sister from a friend's house, and a dude pulls up next to me and informs me one of my brake lights is out. Nice people do exist!

If there is I run and hide like a sissy or die and respawn with my stinger and harass them. All the while lookin for snipers to kill or at least try and kill.

So I went to a physiotherapist today to check out my back (I ended up checking out the backs of the nice looking girls working there ) and it looks like it's just a strain or something.

So now I have to take it easy at work. She (the physiotherapist) suggested only standing for 15 minutes at most, keeping walking to a minimum, etc. The thing is, my entire job is based on that ****! It's constant movement and standing. I told her this but she just said keep a stool or a chair or something of that sort by and take short rests. But again, my job kinda conflicts with that. It's pretty hard to be taking rests when you're expected to be constantly stocking the shelves and there are a lot of skids that need to be worked.

I guess something is going to have to be arranged. I just wish Wal-Mart wasn't so adamant about their employees working through injuries. I can kind of get why they do it, but at the same time I think it's a bit of BS that that's the case.

Get a note from the doctor you saw describing exactly what she told you. Show it to your bosses and ask if there is something else that you can do during your scheduled shifts. Document what they say. You have rights as an employee. Wal-Mart notoriously ignores these.

Do you guys know if you have to call to cancel Netflix when you do the free trial? I figured now is the best time to use my free month, but they'll probably ask for my card number so they can start charging me as soon as the month is up. I'm looking to do this through PS3. Is there a way to cancel it online or through the PS3?

It's been nice out today. Only 54 degrees, but it feels like 60 something. Sun's been out all day as well. Sadly the forecast for the rest of the week and next week is clouds and temps in the low 40s.

On another note, its funny to see all the WSU fans on my twitter laughing at the player on UW who missed the free throws that lost them the game just now, but then see one player from WSU's team be the one defending him.

I don't think I need a note from her since there's a few sheets Wal-Mart gives you when you get injured and go to see a doctor or whatever the case may be. One of those sheets has boxes she checked off assessing what my capabilities are with the injury, as well as some other stuff. You're supposed to return it to them, which I'll do, but not before photocopying it.

Also the physio actually told me they should have contacted the worker's compensation board since I was injured at work, but as far as I know they didn't (keep in mind I'm new to all of this so some of the most obvious **** is going to fly right by me). She also told me I should get into contact with them and put in a claim, so I guess we'll see how that goes.


In semi-related news, I've been up since about 7:30 last night. Awesome.
