Why do you guys do this? Why do you post a one sentence proclamation and not post the story that you know everybody is gonna want to read anyway. This ain't the movies. Posts don't need trailers.


So what happened? Everything okay with the girl?

Haha, my bad man. I wasn't really in the mood to type it all out. Everything is fine with her. She actually helped keep the day as up as possible. My family on the other hand, well, I hardly ever fight with my family, but today happened to be the day where everyone was going to get pissed and yell at me today.

I had planned to go out to eat with my parents, meet up with them after getting my girl. I went to get her, then got a call from my mom asking where I wanted to go, I told her I didn't care, she got upset because "I obviously didn't want to go out" so she said her and my dad were just going to stay home. Then she calls me and says her and my dad are going out, so I just decided to go out and eat with my girl alone, then we went back to her place for a bit before I headed back home and was greeted by an angry angry family that couldn't wait to yell at me.

I wanted to go out and eat with everyone, but they took it like I didn't because I didn't pick a particular restaurant. Anything was fine with me, but they definitely took it as I didn't want to be with them.

So yea, I'm sure this story was a major let down.

My dad just came home and told me something sort of crazy.


My uncle was working outside on the back deck of their house, with a nail gun and something happened with the air compressor in the shop and it exploded and shot straight through the roof of the shop... busting the roof wide open. I've never heard of anything like that happening.. I would have loved to seen it happen (From a safe distance, of course)..


They just got done patching up the roof..

With a decent start, September would have been avoided, or at least the outcome of the collapse.

I try not to dwell on stuff like that.

Because we played ungodly baseball in the middle of the season.

I think they balance each other out really, for the most part.

Last season was a great example of why consistent play all year long is very important in baseball. Being hot at the right times helps, but if you're not a consistently good team all year, it'll more than likely bit you in the back.
