I would never do that to her. Here though I can make those jokes. She's a simple girl who doesn't want the world but I think together we could be the world for each other. I really want to make her mine but am not in the right place for that yet, Summer time may be a different story.

I was just joshing. I just said it because I learned the hard way that even if your girl tells you she doesn't mind what type of ring you get her, in reality it means everything. If she doesn't have anything shes proud to show off to ppl, you fail. lol.

Yes.

Long story. Not as interesting as the original. She saw me making positive changes and realized she was making a mistake just leaving me as she did (she admitted how she pulled it off was ****ed up and wrong). She realized how much she loves me (and vice versa), and the time apart really opened both our eyes. It's been 4-5 months since we got back together, and things are still going great so any honeymoon phase doesn't apply. We're being more honest and forthcoming with each other and it's led to a healthier relationship. I'm going through a rough time with work right now, but unlike in the past, I'm making strides to rectify that situation (finding a second job), while being in school. So instead of being pissed at me for being lazy like I would be in the past, she's in my corner, keeping my spirits up, knowing I'm taking steps forward, not treading water or going backwards.

I never held it against her for leaving me, just for how she did it. I was always real honest about myself. She saw that I was trying to be a better man for her (and myself, of course) and knew we had a future together. The last thing I ever wanted to do is drag her down, or amount to nothing.
