I just wrapped up The Sopranos. If only David Chase didnt get such a hard on for leaving his viewers with little to no closure. What a dick!

Oh well, series kind of dragged on. On to the next one.

BNG to go back to dating the lady with a child -

As far as a kid goes... I would say approach with caution, and that's hard for me to say because I already had a child before I met my wife. If she felt the same way (she actually did, but I won her over) then I wouldn't have never been with her.

It's difficult though when a child is involved, it's not just you and her, it's the 3 of you. You are going to get blown off sometimes because the child is sick or whatever and if she is a good mother, the child is always going to come first. Also, if the father isn't in the picture, the child is probably going to look at you (not sure the age of this child) as a father figure. Plus, if you do decide to jump into with her, you are going to get attached to the child. If it doesn't work, it's going to hurt leaving the child as well.

Just know it takes a special person to actually be in a relationship with someone who already has a child. If you just want sex cool, but if it's a relationship you want, just be prepared.

Oh yeah... iTunes. I've delved so deeply into Spotify that I kind of forgot iTunes existed. Thanks for the heads up!

I'm that guy. Married my wife and daughter 11 years ago this Saturday. After 2 years dating.

                      "Hit that Beaver up".

Can't say I've heard that before but that's certainly an interesting yet strange way to call "it".

Not even gonna ask what people in Japan or Australia or South America call it, lol.

My wife son is only 5 years younger then me. Boom........talk about awkward. Over all though most women I dated, even in high school had a child or two. Wouldn't recommend dating teen moms, they are highly unstable freaks.

Moms in their 20s and 30s however are a bit more stable. Sure there will always be the tense and awkward situation when the child's dad shows up and what not. But it is part of life.

I've dated two girls with kids.

It only worked, because they were not looking for a father figure for their child. I refuse to date someone with a kid at my age, who wants to start out like that. It's not fair to the kid to try to bring someone into their life, when you're not even sure if you will be dating them in a few weeks.

edit: I hate chicks that do that. Get their kid involved with every guy they are dating.

Consider yourself lucky. My high school teen pregnancy was out of control. You had 1/4 of the freshmen class either pregnant or had a child. By senior year, more then half of the graduating class had a child or two and brought their kids to the graduation.

I don't think I could put myself in that position as I know I'm not anywhere near the place to be comfortable having kids.
