Haven't done much cooking, but since Im getting a house off campus next year, I plan on a cooking A TON. Cheaper, healthier, and the female factor as well. Plus i have a full range of meals learned from the parents (father cooks in the firehouse all time).

Im no relationship expert, but IMO on the first date, meal from scratch > going out for dinner.

Good food and chicks? Nothing more manlier then that.
This is what I'm trying to perfect now. I can cook any other kinds of Soul Food but cooking Cajun Food, yeah I definitely have had a few issues with that haha.

Cooking is an essential skill for everyone to learn, regardless of gender.

Living off prebought/prepackaged meals is more expensive and more unhealthy than making your own meals.

Additionally, being able to cook will score you bonus points with the ladies.

I suggest starting with something simple like Tacos/Spaghetti/Hamburgers. Ground beef is cheap to buy, filling to eat, and easy to cook. All you need is a frying pan and a stove.

                  No.

                  I wish I could cook.

I have a nice grill and can't even grill my own steaks or burgers... Usually have someone else do it for me.

                  That's sinful!

No, that is dumb. Whoever said that should be smacked.

It makes you less of a man if you have to sit and wait for a woman to have to cook for you each and every time you want to eat.

That logic is dumbfounding right? You are more of a man when u have to wait for them to cook you something?! Rather than taking and doing what u want.

No. I actually like to cook. It helps me relieve the stress of the day by focusing on preparing the meal. Now, if I could only get my wife or kids to clean up after I cook....

I cook almost every night of the week. I built a brick oven in our backyard because I love cooking pizza. Cooking our evening meals is something I look forward to every day.

There is not much that compares to pouring a glass of wine or my favorite beer and making a meal.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.
