Agree... In any case I always wait till I have a coupon or a extra trade value program is running.
While I also feel sometimes they are low, they have overhead etc.. I wouldn't accept a game in trade for really any more than they do if I was running the business.
I mean if you pay 60.00 and play it, now it's used so it's a used game they have to sell.
I wouldn't expect them to give me 40.00 so they could only make a 10-15 dollar before they pay for their expenses..
Try Ebay, etc.. if the $ isn't enough for you.

I've always used CAG there's almost always guys on there looking for 1 for 1 (or more depending on the games) trades or money trades. The only time I've gone to GS is to trade something recent I don't play for a reserve on something to drop cost.

This reminds me of watching Pawn Stars. You're taking a product into a retail location and wanting them to give you what said product is worth. Well no **** they aren't going to, because they still need to turn around and sell it for a profit. If you want to be monitarily reimbursed for the full value of used merchandise, SELL IT YOURSELF, don't trade it in to a store that has overhead and multiple other expenses to make up for.

It's so obvious, and yet people never understand that.

Besides, as many others have said, sports games aren't worth a damn once the new version comes out, and why would they be? The cover and title of the games alone reveal their outdated age.

Took advantange of the 110% trade in value at Best Buy...

Nicer than Gamestop and I like being able to get anything Best Buy has (not just restricted to games now)

Man, I remember I bought college hoops 2k4 (whichever one with TJ ford on the cover)back in the day. I got home, played it for about an hour and realized it sucked, so I decided to bring it back the next day.

I bought the game the day it released and I returned it the next day, so I'm thinking I'll get somewhat close to retail ($50) for my trade in. Man, they gave me $8 bucks. I wanted to choke the **** outta that rep.
