I once fell asleep in my room with one set of clothes on and woke up on the floor in another room with another set of clothes on.

I've never sleep walked, but when I was a kid I slept in a top bunk. One night I was dreaming about baseball and I was making a diving catch and I dove right out of the bed onto the floor, right on top of all my cars and toys. My mom and dad came rushing into my room to find out what happened and I said "I made the catch, we won the game!" I wasn't hurt, but that was a really weird feeling.

My bad dreams now consist of me trying to run and it's like I'm running in slow motion and I can't move hardly at all and everyone else is fast. I hate that. lol.

I used to sleep walk a bunch when I was a kid. I'd go to my brothers room and asking for a blanket, tell my parents I forgot to do homework, rummage around in the kitchen, stuff like that. I stopped doing it around 10 years old.

I've started doing it again the last year. At least I'm noticing it now, I could have been doing it for a while and not realize it since I've lived alone for a few years. Once every couple months I'll wake up on the couch but like once a week I'll wake up with my bedroom door wide open or my bedroom light on. It still rattles me to not know what I did that night.

I do both of those as well. My wife always says that I'll talk in my sleep, but it's usually just random words put together. She also hates that I flail my arms and legs while sleeping. Never fallen out of the bed though. I don't know about you, but when I go to sleep, I'm out. It's nearly impossible to wake me up without physically shaking me. When I was in middle school, a fire was started in the woods behind our house, and apparently, the flames reached as high as the second floor of my house, but did no damage. My parents called the fire department and ran outside where all of the neighbors were gathered. I slept through the whole thing.

I had a sleep study done last year, but they didn't find anything of note except that I get less REM sleep than I should.
