Here ya go, if you try it out let me know how you like it or if you make any tweaks that turn out well. It was my favorite meal growing up and one of my favorites to make these days.

Frozen pizza, and that's about it.

Really need to learn to BBQ at some point.

                  Re: What do you cook?

On the topic of BBQ, if you don't have a grill or live in an apartment complex with really crappy grills, these oven-baked ribs are delicious.

I wrapped them in aluminum foil for the first 2, though. Halfway through their time in the oven my apartment smelled so delicious I started taking deep breaths just hoping to inhale some of the flavor.

Bich, those ribs sound good. I gotta stop reading through these threads/recipes when I'm hungry.

one of my favorite dishes to cook is shakshuka. It's pretty healthy and tastes amazing!

I also do a lot of homemade biscuits & gravy, fried elk steak, potatoes & gravy.
                          Speghetti is pretty easy.

I mostly just find random recipes and give it a go.

Let me know what you think of the mixer and any attachments. We had a bunch of Best Buy gift cards to use and have a stand mixer shipping now (it was on sale). Since it was on our wedding registry we're thinking of putting some of the attachments on the registry instead.

Looking forward to it, I'm always too lazy to dig out the hand held mixer lol
