Yeah, I don't need a mixer a ton, but I make breakfast at our house so it'll be good for mixing batter for waffles or pancakes. Just nice overall, and something we'll never buy a new one ever of.

Made some Jalapeno Chedder Wheat bread the other day. First time making bread, but it turned out great! Definitely going to add more jalapenos and cheese next time though so the flavor comes out more.

          Re: What do you cook?

Some of my favorites to make are souffles, cheesecake, Philly cheesesteaks, steamed hamburgers/lamburgers, I do a lot of seafood and fried food. My chicken fried steak never turns out as well as I'd like, but the pan gravy makes up for it most times. Had chicken fried veal the other day. I do a lot of homemade bread and pizza when I have the time. All by hand. Mixers and machines are for wimps 9" cake pan + pizza dough = cheap deep dish pizza. My next venture will be Ukrainian for my girlfriend, but that is a ways down the road.
