Got home in time to witness a roughing the passer call on a sack... the hell kind of call is that?

I didn't see the play, but if the ref felt like the defender drove the QB into the ground a certain way on purpose trying to injure him, then that is probably why he got flagged.

Or

If they felt like he launched his shoulder pad into the QB's chin during the process of the sack, he would have gotten a flag as well.

Just got in a huge fight with my ex tonight.

Feels kinda nice, though, I finally let loose on her a bit and told her how selfish she is throughout this entire ordeal.

Friend of hers told me she hooked up with some dude shortly after we broke up, but I'm guessing that's just a lie. Sounds nothing like her.

It's all good though... I made out with a girl I went to school with the night we broke up, anyway. It sucks now, but I'll be fine in good time.

Woke up this morning and thought today was Opening Weekend in the NFL only to be disappointed when I went to the Guide and scrolled to the 1 o'clock time slot and saw that no games were on today.

Sigh....one more week.

Mentioned it before, but went to watch my Alma Mater play ball last night. I told my buddy we should have went to the Cullman/Walker game since they are booth good and rivals.. also closer to home. We didn't go.

Checked Facebook and apparently the Cullman coach came over to the Walker (home team's) sideline and started running his mouth and a fight broke out.

After seeing the video, looks like they were meeting at mid field and words were exchanged.. Walker (home team) coach just unloaded on the guy.. damn.

Well there is a lot more to it then that......there is a back story to this particular niece. Those of you who actually know me outside of OS and Twitter, already know the story. But I'm not going to repeat the long story. I will just say this, last year she was suicidal and wanted to drop out of high school because how she was treated by the rich kids she went to high school with. And her 1st job experience, she was being treated the same way by her coworkers and boss, the same way the rich kids at her high school treated her. So for the past 3 years and the 1st half of this year she really wasn't loving life or living it, like she once was when she was little. She was pretty much was an empty shell waiting and hoping to die when she went to bed at night. She use to literally say that. She grew up without her father, so because of that, she figured if her dad didn't even want to be around her, that she was worthless and should just die.

So to hear her happy, hear her happy about life and talk about doing stuff and having plans for the weekend is enough to make a grown man cry. Don't take things for granted.....

Live your life and never give up hope.....

Don't matter if you grow up poor, homeless, in a foster system, raised by 1 parent, raised by grandparents or your parents are divorced. Live your life....

Don't ever let somebody tell you don't belong somewhere or that you are less then them because you didn't grow up with both of your biological parents or had the benefits and money that they grew up with.

Your future isn't set in stone. Life is what you make it. If you want something, go out and get it, eventually you will get what you want if you keep trying and keep believing in yourself.......

I remember you mentioning the work situation. Panera, right? That pissed me off. No one should feel bullied at work. I see a bit of it go on and it makes me uneasy. People just want to make some money, they shouldn't have to worry about being teased or harassed while having to work, too.

That was a hell of a post. Love it. This time last year I was low as hell, didn't have a job, owed money to people with debt continuing to rack up. I could have blamed it on bad luck, turned to drugs, sat in bed all day and cried about how hard life is, shifted blame. Instead I went out and found a job, got re-hired at my old job as well, worked morning to night 6 days a week, and now have opportunities in front of me to move up, get benefits. I kind of have aspirations to keep moving up.

It's really just kind of crazy and eye opening seeing where I was a year ago and where I am and where I'm going now. I still have a lot to achieve and do, but I can feel proud of what I've accomplished and what the future may hold.

This world pisses me off a lot, but you can find your place in it and be happy too. It won't be immediate, but you get out what you put in. Go out there and do something and be someone. What happened in the past is just that, passed. It's about being the best you can be today and tomorrow, every day.

This has been a great weekend so far and there is still the rest of tonight and the FSU game tomorrow. It'll only get better next weekend with NFL back and I won't be poor like I have been all summer.

Went bowling last night.

They rotated in a red pin on every lane and any time one comes up as the first pin and you bowl a strike, you get something free out of the kitchen.

Happened four times to me last night.. haha.

Got two orders of loaded chicken fries and two orders of cheese sticks for free.

Tell me more about these loaded chicken fries. What are they? And what bowling alley was this?

That reminds me of the commercial where the guy willfully gives up his phone while getting robbed in the parking lot, the crook doesn't want it, and the guy tries to force him to take it. That commercial kills me
