Its not like I have a way of knowing what she's like to live with before we move in together.

Though she is coming to the beach with me next week so that's a little snap-shot. Plus, she practically stays at my place on the weekends anyway.

There is a difference once you live with someone every day, though. Small things that annoy you about her will pop up. Same goes for you with her. That's a given.

Everything should be fine as long as the two of you have how expenses are handled worked out. Expenses can and will be the death of a relationship when two people first move in together.

But you seem like a smart enough guy and probably know all this already.

Ah...well Johnny and June couldn't be wrong Have you spent time in Hendersonville? Do a little checking on traffic/commute type stuff too for the areas around Nashville, it's a little notorious for traffic.

Though it might be less of a problem for you as LEO's don't seem to work typical commuter shifts.

It will be interesting for sure. I've never had a roommate before much less a live-in girlfriend, but I've been thinking about bringing it up to for a couple months. Instead, she brought it up so at least we're on the same page.

We have the "common" budget down, but I don't expect money to be a problem as we're pretty open about it now. I make significantly more than her so we're doing a percentage method and I'll be paying less than I do now which is another plus.

Just gave my landlord my 60-day notice. I'll either be shacking it up with Ms. SSX Tricky or living large back at home come November 1st.

But seriously, 60 days? Is that a normal length? I basically feel like I can't look for anything until a month from now.

Yes, 60 day notice is the standard unless you're moving out due to living conditions being uninhabitable(which in my case this past May the apartment was unliveable).

So OSers...I applied for jobs in the following states today: Oregon, Washington, Montanta, and Colorado.

If any of you Pacific Northwesters have connections in either the mortgage or insurance industries please let me know.

Have you thought about Knoxville? You could apply to KPD and live in Oak Ridge or Alcoa/Maryville. If you want any information on Knoxville let me know.

Just paid two loans off a few minutes ago and I feel so much better now.

I've been paying on them for over a year..

Now my monthly bills are down to auto/motorcycle insurance, phone, and Netflix.. after cancelling Hulu+ earlier.

Damn it's nice to be back campus, even though I'm commuting from home and not living up here. Gotta savor the next month or so of warm weather. Makes for some pleasant scenery; and I'm not talking about the landscaping. #ifyaknowwhatimean
