Got a nice, full 8 hour sleep last night and ate a decent sized breakfast.
Now, I'm going to do a light lifting session (mainly arms, possibly some shoulders) and smash a protein shake and get ready to play in the BIG monthly tournament this afternoon.
Last week was disheartening (finishing 17th out 161 players when they only paid out 14 places) but I am due for a deep run and today would be the best possible time for it.
