I feel like they're more likely to go to Wrigley and be depressed than go to The Cell for some reason.

Either way, I'm still in Birmingham for now. I miss my old home stadium in Pensacola. Also, the Reds got fleeced. My future is going to be worth much more than whatever Alexei Ramirez is giving them.

Pensacola... Birmingham... You just need to get traded to Arizona so you can play for the Mobile BayBears. Then your RTTS player will basically be following the places that I've lived in real life.

At a point where I'm really second guessing my career path and what my actual skills are... Graduated end of October and have been applying to at least 5 jobs a week, only one interview... Just rejection letter after rejection letter. Sigh.

I sort of wish I had not went straight to the NHL in my Be a Pro mode.

I sort of like the challenge of playing in minor leagues first. I did pretty well and I'm on the starting line for the Dallas Stars and having a pretty decent start to my season. I was hoping to get drafted by someone else, though... maybe the Wild or something off the wall.

Funny thing, on The Show 12, that's exactly who I started with, and I still ended up with the White Sox. Main reason I'm upset.

I'm loving the hell out of NHL right now and I genuinely get excited about regular season games, but it would be nice for a bit more depth in Be a Pro.

Just played a game where we were down 0-1 late in the third period and I said to myself, "We're about to win this damn game. I'm tired of this" and sure enough the next time down the ice I set up my team mate for a nice goal and we tied it up. I literally fist pumped in the air and was excited.

We ended up winning 2-1 after a one timer from another team mate and even though my guy was on the bench looking on, I still got excited about it.

It's been a long time since I've felt that way about a sports game.

Went and traded 8 games or so, all old as hell, at GS thinking I may have gotten 30-40 bucks and pulled a 80 dollar haul. Big tickets were NBA2k3 and oddly enough Marvel Ultimate Alliance two. Im pretty sure the clerk gave me full credit on Marvel I got like 27 for that thing.

Picked up NCAA11 because it was the last one of that series to not freeze on me on a consistent basis. I destroyed my copy of 13 when it froze on me for the 75th time after a game. Oh the satisfaction of destroying that disk. Few things compare.

I see I had unknowingly stacked a bunch of trade in offers that boosted my credit on the games. I got 10% for being a member, 10 dollars credit for every 3 games traded in, and 50% bonus on every title because I was trading them in to by a few used titles which totaled about 15 bucks for 3 games.

If you have a stack of lame games, I recommend putting them together and trading them in. Oh and buy some 5 dollar used game for the 50% extra credit. I knew my return was a little high haha.

It's been a long time since I've felt that way about a sports game.

A few years ago I bought NHL 10 just for the hell of it. I never expected to have so much fun with it. It was a blast and actually got me interested in hockey again.

I thought I'd happy that student teaching was over for the semester as I just finished up my last whole week at the elementary school, but I already miss it. Seeing all the 4th graders depressed my classmate and I were leaving just made it all seem worth it, we had to slip out early due to some students were already crying as they wanted to avoid a mass breakdown.

I was at the Taco Bell in Oxon Hill, Maryland a few minutes ago and there was police officer stationed at the Taco Bell. So I looked up the crime rates and based on a scale of 1-100 with 100 being the safest. Oxon Hill is rated 2. I dont know how accurate the website is but it made for a long walk back to my hotel.

The question I would ask you is...what the hell were you doing staying in Oxon Hill?

I grew up around that area(which I know is a rough area and would probably rate it a 1 instead of a 2)that's the last place I would recommend anybody stay at, even just for a night. You would've been better off staying over in VA or DC.
