My aunt very first microwave had no see through door. Door was solid and it only had a timer dial on it. This was in the early 80s.

Could be one of those Half-pint microwaves. That's what I have and it's the same way. Never use the popcorn button though, just set the microwave for 3:45 and that's usually perfect.

Nope.. no power button.

I actually sold it to my parents when I worked for Home Depot and was in appliances. Had it special ordered.. It's an over the range and is really nice.

My microwave has not only defrost but time AND weight defrost buttons. There's also a power setting as well though it's a bit sneakily built into it.

Yea, mine defrosts by weight. It asks you, though I can't tell you the last time I used it. I just let the fridge do the work.

I use the popcorn button, but always have to add 30 seconds for it to pop it all.

So, it was weird as hell but this morning around 5am.. I woke up to a woman crying. It was one of those things where I wouldn't open my eyes though, because **** that. When I did open my eyes, the crying instantly stopped.

I think I'm going to have to burn the house down.

Bagel Bites are amazing if done in the oven, you guys must be doing them wrong.

I'm poor until financial aid so I stocked up Tyson Anytizers that were buy 1 get 1 for lunch and my dinner consists of chicken or steak that my parents bought me before I left for the next 2-3 weeks.
