I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but this is the way it is going to be. There will never be a time that you wont feel that way. It just gets easier as time goes by to have these feelings and not be overwhelmed by them.

I have just passed the 5 month mark since my daughter passed away and a day doesn't go by from the moment I wake up until I go to bed that I don't wish I could hold her or hear her voice. Be honest with yourself, let yourself grieve and be easy on yourself would be my best advice to you right now. I learned the hard way that fighting the waves of grief will only make them worse.

I continue to pray for you and your family and I am here for you if you ever need to talk or vent or anything.
