I play for Westlake High School and I will give you guys the whole story.

There was only one freshman who got beat up, his name is Wes. Wes called out and was talking trash to a group of 5 seniors and even gave them his room number.

The five seniors went to the room Wes was in and beat him up. His parents pressed charges and one senior was arrested. The other two that were mentioned in the article weren't (I don't know why.)

Wes, later in the week, starts throwing water bottles off of his balcony and hits a woman. The woman presses charges and Wes is arrested.

So to conclude, Wes completely lied to the media. There were only 5 seniors that jumped him (there are only 17 seniors on the roster) and he was the only one who got beat up. It wasn't hazing or bullying, the punk got what he deserved. I know it was against the law, but I'm glad he got what he asked for and is now in jail. He will probably be expelled and that will be the end of him.

Why "Calling out" and "talking trash" warrants getting a physical altercation in the first place? If you are a senior, who cares what a freshman says?

Anyone that jumps anyone is a big p word, and is not a man. Seriously, how bitchmade can you be to have your boys help you fight one person. When that many people get involved, I would have brought my knife out.

Hell, in my high school.. anytime there was a fight, a time and a place was given and the majority of the football team went to make sure it was one vs one. If anyone got involved, one of us got involved and got them out to keep it one vs one. Whenever one of them lost, that was that. You never heard of anything between the two again.

When I was in 6th grade (I think) there was a fight between two guys at the Catholic HS I ended up going to. They were fighting over a girl, so after a school dance they went to a playground somewhere in the neighborhoods near (but not at) the school. Guy A beat up Guy B fair and square. In the scuffle Guy B's chain on his neck was broken.

After the fight it all got crazy and everyone ran away. Somehow Guy A got surrounded by Guy B and his friends and got jumped. Guy A was on his hands and knees and Guy B did a Field Goal kick to the face "for breaking the chain"...Guy A was found a little bit later by his friends and driven to a hospital but he died later on.

Long story, just vividly remember it in the news....people who jump into fights are lame. Guy B went to jail for a long time, I forget how long, but he is out now....
