Re: Uncommon Opinions
I enjoy both baseball and soccer. I've gotten into soccer a bit more recently and so who I follow has been a bit more fluid. I've followed Manchester United that entire time. More recently though, I've found myself wanting to follow a more mid-table team in addition, so for the past season I've been following Stoke as well. (haven't added them to my sig yet... probably should.) and I have a few lower league teams that I keep tabs on (Brighton & Hove Albion, Preston North End, Wycombe Wanderers, Wolverhampton Wanderers), though I (obviously) can't really follow them as closely as the two EPL teams. Also follow Bayern Munich, Juventus and Valencia (the latter two not as closely).MLB: Minnesota Twins
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
NBA: Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves

Re: Uncommon Opinions
Golf is a blast to play but...yeah, TV Golf is kinda boring.
My tier is probably something like this:
Basketball
Soccer
Football
Hockey
Baseball
Tennis
Nascar
Golf
Football can get tedious because of all the damn commercial breaks. I hate the cut up rhythm of a game. It's one of the reasons I wouldn't mind sponsors on the jersey if it meant less commercials.Too Old To Game Club

Re: Uncommon Opinions
See, baseball is probably my favorite sport to watch after football. I love the game of baseball and even though it isn't constant action, it's still pretty entertaining to me. My list is probably as follows (gaps included for visual representation):
Football
Baseball
Basketball
Soccer (these four are pretty close, though)
Hockey
Tennis
Golf
NASCARMLB: Minnesota Twins
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
NBA: Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves
European Football: Manchester United, Brighton & Hove Albion

Re: Uncommon Opinions
Guess I'll be in the spirit of the thread then, based on my sports on tv preferences.
NFL
Nba
Nascar, Golf, nhl
Mlb
NCAA football, soccer
I'll qualify that a bit by saying that most of these are better when you are at the event.
Golf is more fun to play than watch, but watching it on tv is better than being in the gallery, IMO.Last edited by Lieutenant Dan; 06-14-2014, 12:12 PM.GO 'HAWKS!
