I'm sick of everything Ronda Rousey. Have been for a while. I can see the appeal, but nothing she does or represents holds my interest. But people all around my social circle seem to love her. She just, bleh.

I hate admitting this but I gave up on that show after I kept losing track of what the hell was going on

The first season is relatively straight forward. The second season gets into some crazy shenanigans, though.

I stopped somewhere mid season 2, it probably wasn't the best idea to watch at 3am while half awake. I shouldn't say I've officially given up, but I never find myself picking it anymore when I load up Hulu or Netflix (I don't remember which service it's on).

Yep this is so true. The pilot is supposed hook you onto the show and make you want to keep looking forward for it. Kinda like the season finale, most of them are cliffhangers that are meant to make you watch at least the premier of the next season.

There's hype surrounding it?

It does have a really good cast and overall it wasn't a bad show. There's some interesting twists the story takes but it was just hard for me to keep interest throughout. I think the episodes were maybe a little too long.

Yeah, Bloodline isn't even one of the more popular Netflix shows.

I like the show and it's slow pace. Allowed the characters to developer depth and I found most of them that more interesting because of it. Ben Mendelsohn was the standout. Incredible job playing Danny.

Considering pilots are almost always among the worst episodes of any show, I can't imagine how much good stuff you've missed out on.

Uncommon Opinions

Pilots aren't even for the average viewer. A pilot episode of any television show represents an idea of what the show is about. That idea should be appealing enough for a network executive to give it a shot. I'll never understand why people give up on something amazing after a small sample. It's a 6 year long story, not a 2 hour movie.

I thought I saw some celebs on twitter post about the show and some people on other message boards said stuff about it so I took that as hype. Maybe that is a bad sample size.But yeah, episodes seem a little too long
