Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Let the real chefs beer can our chicken and for those that don't save a beer.

Oh, I see, since I went into engineering and not cooking for a living, my opinions are dismissed no matter how much science and experimentation backs those opinions? If you didn't want my opinion why ask it? If you only want a private conversation with Curahee use PMs.Comment

Stop baiting. I'm FAR too big of a fish. Do it or don't and enjoy an extra beer.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Hey, we're chefs. What can we say. We do, we try, we enjoy. No need for an argument my friend.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. And considering this thread has completely derailed let me share a pic of absolute derailment! This happened a while ago. My whole cabinet FELL to the ground.
There was quite a bit of outside cooking after this!

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
We WERE home! It sounded like the back part if the house caved in. And it just continued with constant crashing. We thought our youngest climbed up and it came crashing down on hom but fortunately no one was in the kitchen.
But we lost everything! All dishes, bowls, glasses, shot glasses...eh.
It was nuts.
Classic home depot job that the house flipper did.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Meh, Im the optimistic type. I laughed it off while my wife cried. (Ill post a pic of me posing in front of it tomorrow with a big Ol "tada!" grin).
We put up some shelving until we can get new cabinets and my grandmother gave us an old set that she had never used and had been hording that actually fit perfectly with my wifes scheme.
It all worked out. It always does.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon.
