I tried on a 9Fifty SnapBack at CBP yesterday and it was just...so bad. The brim was actually bent upwards. And didn't fit right. It sucked too, because the hat design was really nice.

Went with the Flying Ducks hat.

        Also just picked this up

Very happy with both. Won't need another hat for about 10 years.

I probably would have liked those hats when I was like 10.

Is there a good way to clean a New Era 39Thirty hat (elastic band, if that matters)?

It's a white hat that is starting to show some dirt on the brim (where I grab it) and on the back.

Love how it looked when I first bought it, very clean and white. Would be nice to get it back, or at least close to, that condition again!

When he says "Purple Power", is that a glass cleaner? I googled it, and it appears to be. Assuming I could just use any old glass cleaner (like Windex) in the same way?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking because I have a bottle of ValuTime Glass & Surface cleaner that is purple in color. And incidentally, the hat he is cleaning looks to be the same brand as my Pitt hat which I washed in the washer and it came out looking like new. Don't remember what cycle I used, but I did put it in last so it was on top of everything else.

Take away the snap back and they could have my monies. What a great hat that would be.

Went to visit Winona State (a small school in SW Minnesota) today with my sister and family. My sister is thinking about going there; after today she really wants to. We were walking around the bookstore after the tour, and their baseball caps look pretty cool.

Couldn't find the actual one I was looking at in the store, but in the spoiler is a (big) pic of what the hat looks like. The one I was looking at was slightly more "Flashy" if you want to call it that. White accents around the brim and going up to the top.

                              Spoiler

Might just get it if she ends up there!
