FAR from my entire collection of hats, but these are the most recent additions and the only ones I ever wear



We have 2 Reds hats (I bought the grey one last year, and my girlfriend got me the black one a few months later)(die hard Reds fan, but I was in need of a new Reds hat because my old one was too small)

A white UNC hat that I got a few years ago (die hard UNC fan)

A Coastal Carolina hat that my sister got me when she was a freshman at Coastal a couple of years ago so that I would have something to wear when I went to visit her and went to their games

A White Sox hat that I got when Griffey Jr. went to the Sox because I've always gotten a hat of the teams Junior played for (got a Mariners hat in like 1998 and a Reds hat in 2000, so I needed a Sox hat to complete my collection).

And the hat on top is one that I bought and wear when I'm feeling all fancy and ****

I don't own a single fitted hat. They just don't fit right and I'm not a fan of the Flex fit, either. I also am not a fan of the Snapbacks.

I'll try and post a pic up when I get home of my collection; I've got a bunch of Nike Dri-Fit hats, though.

I wish they made 59/50 low crown NFL hats. Love my Braves low crowns; I need a Niners low crown.

If you don't like snapback, flex fit, or fitted then do you wear velcro or belt buckle type adjustable hats?

I prefer the low crowns as well... I don't see them much. They aren't called 59/50 are they?

There is a 59Fifty low crown style

I don't think the crown on my Packers 59/50 is all that high compared to some of the MLB hats I have.

Yeah all of the hats I own have the Velcro on the back. They are becoming harder to find, that's why whenever I see one, I buy it. Usually when you go to the gift shop at a baseball stadium, you can find a good selection of adjustable hats.

I was wearing it in the clubhouse one day (i was the batboy in 97') and he said he wanted to see it. So I obliged, and he walked off with it. I guess I should add he loved to joke around and play pranks on people. I'm sure he expected me to come back and get it but I didn't. Being 16 and having an awesome job for a year I didn't want to do anything to mess that up. So I just never pressed the issue. Part of me thought it was cool that a major league baseball player would want my hat, and it made for a cool story.
