Yea the started getting pretty popular in Iraq after all of the heavy munitions started drying up. You don't need much to make a nasty bomb, a trip to your local grocery store and hobby shop is all you need to kill.

As bad as it was in Boston Yesterday, Iraq had multiple bombings that killed over 45 and injured hundreds more. People in Iraq have got to be frustrated that this bombing is getting more attention as theirs was 10x worse.

I doubt this bombing is getting more attention in Iraq.

I will say hopefully all of us Americans become more aware of what's going on around the world for the exact reason you mentioned. This was horrible, but it's also horrible how often things like this happen around the world and it's completely ignored in this country.

I really really hate what this world has come to. You're not safe anywhere anymore....

Meh, when you're surrounded by a weak and friendly neighbor to the north (Canada), a weak and friendly neighbor to the south (Mexico), fish to the east, more fish to the west, and have protecting you the most powerful military in the history of the world, you tend to worry about the little things.

The world is arguably as safe as it has ever been in terms of geopolitics, with the probability of war between the major powers at the lowest level ever. Of course, given our power and our geography, America is safer than almost anyone out there. Which, again, gives us time to hand-wring about minor terrorist attacks and militarily intervene literally everywhere.

Pretty much the entire point of terrorism is to make you feel that "you're not safe anywhere."

Did Y'all happen to see one of the victims of the Boston bombing was also the principle that "died" in the Sandy Hook Shooting? I guess the news posted her pic and someone found that pic is the same exact pic of that principle. Yes conspiracy theory I know, I just walked in from work saw the pic online that's floating around, thought it was strange. Not trying to start anything, don't bash me on here over this post cuz I lift weights and can do major damage! LOL

I don't think it is, if you look in the second pic the barricade is wrapped around the mailbox, the bag would have blown it the other direction.

I noticed that after posting as well. Also, the two guys you see on the ground in the second picture (white and black shirts) make it seem like it would have to have been by the tree since there were so many people between them and that object.

Crazy that there are some people out there that actually believe in it.
