Sadly, Delaware was the last state to conduct a hanging (1996) and New Hampshire and Washington are the only states left with it as an option. It is not a form of federal capital punishment.

LOL I know this man, I just wish this guy could get the worst of the worst punishment, I'm sick of turning on the news, and seeing some losers killing innocent people, if only they let the citizens decide what we wanted to do with him, if proven guilty.
