I went to a middle/high school with around 850 students and the principals (the 1st one was promoted to superintendent and replaced by the vice principal) were both pretty easy going and friendly (at least to those not always getting in trouble). I always used say hi to them in the halls or in the cafeteria if one of them was on cafeteria duty during my lunch and they both new me by name. I actually just found out a few weeks ago that the former vice principal who was promoted to principal when the original principal became superintendent was retiring after himself having been promoted to superintendent at some point after I graduated.

64 kids to a grade class is insane to me. Incredibly low compared to the city schools I went to.

As far as my other situation, I'm seriously thinking of never getting back with her and filing for joint custody if we can't work out the time split outside of court.
Thats tough man. The gaming stuff is whatever. We've all had dry spells with that. But travelling from Harlem to Brooklyn everyday must suck! Is the job deep in Brooklyn?

The Vice Principal at my school when I was a senior interrupted class once to shake my hand because I was wearing my Calvin Johnson jersey. He was the first Lions fan I met that wasn't at the Lions/Seahawks game I went to prior.

School district itself is pretty large too. There are towns that are a good 20-25 minutes' drive away from the school in it. It's a little different than city schools, to be sure.

                  Independence Day

                    Congrats on the job.

Don't sweat the other stuff... I know it's tough, but things always have a way of working themselves out. Sometimes couple get back together and sometimes they don't. I know a lot of people who have gone through breakups and stuff and most of them end up with someone better.... eventually. Getting there is the difficult part.

We had 41 in my graduating class.

Also, by the end of our football season, after injuries and the junior high team quit dressing (after their season was over) we only had 15 players. We went undefeated in the regular season, but got curb stomped in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

41 people is crazy. I live in a relatively small town and there are sometimes that many people in a class.

I always thought those were crazy. One of my buddies from college (in South Dakota) had a graduating class of 8. Another had a class of 11.

That **** blew my mind when I heard that. I mean, I'm from a not large (comparatively to some places) city in Wisconsin and we had 5 high schools to choose from. Our grad class was somewhere around 350.
