Wow that's really weak sauce and that's loser mentality. Girls want to be sought after, they like that and know you're serious if you try again. After a couple no's then ok you can back off.
I guarantee most guys here who are married or has a serious gf had to try more than once. My gf now I had to try a couple times before she went out with me and now I'm preparing to propose to her. So with what you're saying I would have lost an opportunity with the love of my life if I quit the first time. Granted this girl could have just been a hookup but how do you know without trying to get to know her.
I'm sorry man, you never quit on the first no on anything, you lose opportunities like crazy.

It's not loser mentality to let no mean no. There's no singular one way to play the game. My perspective always was if the girl said no it's her loss not mine. If she happens to come around at an later time and realized her loss then she might get another chance. Plenty of fish in the sea to keep trying to catch the same one that doesn't want to be caught.
Women hate being pushed aside/forgotten about more then they love being chased. If you've made your interest clear and got denied because they want to be chased, forget them and ignore them and the ones that want you come to you.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

It's also not a loser mentality. A loser mentality to me, is asking a girl out after she already said no. That reaches creeper status. If you have to "negotiate" or basically "beg" a girl to go out, then something's wrong.
I mean, how would that convo go??
Guy: Hey, would you like to have dinner with me sometime?
Girl: That's very sweet, but I'm not interested.
Guy: Oh, okay.
*2 days later*
Guy: Hey there. You know what, I really can't take no for an answer. Let me take you out. The finest restaurants if you wish.
Girl: Yeah, that's sweet, but again....I'm not interested.
Guy: Sure, sure.

Yeah man the way your bringing it up is creepy for sure. You don't go in just asking straight up like your example, you have a conversation with her first, ask her questions about herself then you ask for the number.
Bng did something cheesy but instead of the girl being rude about it she laughed. He broke the Ice. So he goes in and talks to her again , make her laugh talk how he feels dumb for trying a line on her and that he got a little nervous last time. Then goes in, as a nice guy and ask again. Just say hey I know your working and can't talk long, but I wanted to get to know you better, can I give you a call later?
What's wrong with that? If she says no again after giving a good effort then ok, you can call it quits.
Is it really considered begging asking again? Why would a girl say yes on a 2nd or 3rd attempt if your a creep? You really think a girl says yes to you because your begging or your a creep? Please. They say yes because their attracted to the confidence and that they see you as being serious. They will say no everytime if your begging or creepy. Girls get hit on all the time, so they weed out the weak guys with the first no. I'm not making this up, my friends and the girls I go out with tell me this **** all the time.
Man I'm glad I didn't quit after the first try, you guys are missing out big time. Every single gf I had since Jr high was never on the first try.

One night I came home from work and she had taped a note to my door saying she was hanging out drinking a beer and watching a movie if I was interested. I called her up.
