Re: Off Topic 2014
I don't think I've ever had any issues with traveling over time zones. I guess it's because my sleeping patterns are jacked up anyway.Comment

Mine are jacked up. Work midnights 4 nights and then adjust back to day work sleep schedule to spend time with wife on my days off. I think it was more the aspect of flying for me, scares me every time and I hate it.Texas A&M Aggies

Yeah, I'm not a fan of flying. Not a fan of driving either. Not a fan of transportation at all, actually, which is weird because I like leaving the city and I have to, you know, have a way to get where I'm going.Comment

Well that leaves walking and unless your Forrest Gump, which I am not I would never leave the state of Maryland. But if I have to chose driving or flying....I'm driving.Texas A&M Aggies

For a company that makes some terrible smelling sprays, Axe sure does make a few really good body wash products.
I use the Snakepeel a lot, but recently picked this stuff up.
It's great for post workout. It has almost an icy hot type effect on your skin that last a few minutes after the shower.Comment

So a fire destroyed a local Volunteer Firefighting Dept building this morning.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Off Topic 2014
Had a pretty successful date/night and as soon as I get home from my fastest 10 mile bike ride, my dad informs me we're finally getting HD/full cable packages back. No more bumming friend's login information to watch Arsenal matches and no more illegal streams for PAC-12 football games. All because of the SEC Network.
It's not even 9:30 and it's already a good *** day.
Edit: which reminds me: as of Sunday night, the 2014-15 Football Counter is underway. Last year's number was a personal record 438 games. Idk if that can be topped.

Re: Off Topic 2014
I took a drivers road test today and got my license back. The reason I "lost" it in the first place is because I was a grade A idiot and didnt renew it (within the TWO YEAR window I had after its expiration date).
Anyway, I can finally drive around this place without my life flashing before my eyes every time I see a police squad car lol.Comment

I don't know how many people feel comfortable seeing po-po out and about. I don't.

I hate when a cop gets behind me. It seems they either ride on my butt or they stay way far back. Either way I feel its a setup to get me to do something so they can pull me over.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

That's the same dumb **** I would've pulled too. I know exactly how you feel now, having taken care of it. Like, why did I push it to this point.
I definitely drove before I should have. It was stupid and if anything happened I would've been screwed. I remember my dad saying I know you took the car out, just know you gotta pay the piper when he comes. That's stuck with me. Accountability for your actions, good or bad.
Never comfortable seeing a cop. You simply don't know which kind you'll be getting. Some people get away with outrageous things, others get dinged to the letter of the law.
I had one run-in with the law where I had to go to court. It was enough time with the judicial system to make me stay clear of trouble. I seriously think they jam it up to further encourage you to obey the law.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers

Re: Off Topic 2014
I've been scared of the police ever since I got pulled over in my dad's truck because his tags had expired 3 days earlier. Then of course they didn't even ticket me for that because instead my license had an out town address from when I lived with my grandma 2 years earlier in HS.
