Re: Off Topic 2014
As far as people who don't have FB pages it's very minimal, but more people are being smarter about keeping their pages private now a days which gives me no way of seeing anything about them.
On a side note, it isn't something I would like to resort to but over the years of interviews I've learned one thing and that is that pretty much everyone lies. my job is to decipher the degree of those lies.Last edited by kehlis; 10-28-2014, 11:32 PM.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2014
Well...my money issue has been resolved. They originally mixed up the last two numbers of my checking account. So they re-submitted it yesterday afternoon and I got it within an hour. Paid contractor and now awaiting the finishing touches on our house and ready to move in within 6 weeks.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Off Topic 2014
kehlis, at least in my experience, it's not about lying in interviews but conveniently sidestepping the negatives of your past.
At my last job, I had to bite the bullet and admit I quit the job i had previously. They asked and I answered honestly. For the record, it was a serving job (my last!) in a disgusting restaurant. I was embarrassed to give people some of the food knowing how it was kept. Legitimately.
I have my Facebook private even though I'm relatively responsible as far as posting pictures or statuses. Some people are so stupid and naive with their social media profiles. Some things that are just common sense apparently aren't I guess. What is there to gain from letting the whole world know you smoke weed and drink every day? That rep won't take you far.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Re: Off Topic 2014
I've put on nearly 10lbs since the semester started and am the heaviest I have ever been. I know the BMI is a terrible thing to follow, it just cracks me up I am almost considered obese at my weight.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”
