Flying dreams are absolutely the best (especially the ones that truly have a feel of you flying), and I'm ashamed to say that I pretty much never have them anymore.

Every so often I have some where I can breathe underwater though, like it's nothing as if I'm breathing air. It's kind of a cool feeling.

I kind of combined the tooth falling out dream with lucid dreams. I would get the tooth dream and they would freak me out, but eventually I had a loose tooth I would realize that I was dreaming within my dream and try to wake myself up.

Not if you're afraid of heights. Though a lot of times when I have dreams where I am going somewhere I have the ability to just glide over the ground only a few inches in the air.

There are several explanations for particular dream imagery. It's a big reason why I don't believe dreams have meaning.

I dont believe dreams have much meaning either.

Out of nowhere I might have a dream where one of the people in it is some random person I haven't seen in ages and have never thought of before. It wasnt a good memory or a bad one regarding them, they could just be some generic person I went to school with and had no connection to, maybe saw them a few times in my life. Yeah, I'm sure that means something....

Although, I've also had some dreams that have come true in some way or another. Which freaks me out if I ever have a dream where something "real" happens in a bad way. There's still some bad/negative dreams I've had I can remember and still hope it doesn't come true.

I didn't mean you constantly dream. But if you sleep for more than 45 minutes or so, you dream at some point. People who think they don't have dreams just don't remember them when they wake up.

I have these random offshoot dreams that begin with me learning to hover by simply jumping and then lifting my legs mid air, then I just zoom around like that, thinking I've discovered something amazing, and then, as usual, everything changes and everything becomes a disaster

as far as lucid dreaming goes, it's very rare for me, but it occasionally happens, and then I start doing whatever I want, and then the anxiety kicks in and I'm like "oh ****, this really is a dream right? I didn't just **** up my whole life by motorboating random chicks, right?"

I frequently have nightmares where I am late for class in high school or college and just can't get there. Some are reoccurring, like there is one where I find out I can't graduate high school because I never went to this science class the whole year and I couldn't find which classroom it was in.

And another reoccurring dream I have, which is just bonkers, is my uncle, who I am very close with, throwing me off the Titanic into a shark feeding frenzy. I've had this dream since I was in high school. And I'm 40.

I'm a big slasher film fan, and I have dreams sometimes about Freddy Krueger, but we are buddies and terrorize teens. lol

I often get one where I'm in some high school class and there is a test on that day that I realized I didn't study for or didn't know was actually happening.

It's probably because this once actually happened to me in college. I missed some Astronomy classes over and again for personal reasons, and the day I returned everyone was in the hall going over notes for a midterm. I asked the professor if I could take it later and he said many others were in the same boat, and they were doing a makeup like the next day, so I took it then.

Anyway, in the dreams I wake up and go: "I'm 32 years old, I don't go to high school anymore!" Haha.

Lately I've been having dreams about work a lot...like more than I have dreams that don't involve work...

A couple nights ago, the dream involved me throwing a rock and seriously injuring someone who used to work with me because they called someone else in the group a "piece of ****". I was fine with having done it, but everyone else in the group was making up an elaborate cover up to what happened.

Last night a hidden volcano erupted within the park i work at, and as it was going off and lava and ash began raining down and we were facing certain death, I simply looked around and calmly said "Yeah, this is probably the best thing that could happen to this place."

My most recent non-work related dream...

I ran into a guy I went to grade school with, who also did my tattoo back in 2006. We just sat around catching up and eating. I don't even remember particular topics other than family stuff and talking about what we were doing now, but a lot of laughter and smiles.

It was one of those dreams that felt so very real...but this dude passed away about a year and a half ago of suicide. We weren't close, messaged back and forth periodically about tattoos and music, that was about it. It did feel good to see his smile and hear his laugh again though.

Before I forget it, I'll post this weird dream.

I dreamt I was watching a Jays game. Not sure who the opponent was, but looked like a team wearing a throwback jersey that had nothing but stripes on it. They got into an argument at 2B, then a small fight broke out, and as soon as they(team facing Jays) were losing the fight, they called for security themselves to come break up the fight.

Security was coming and fans were booing this cheap move. But when security came, they looked like some old fashioned police who were also dressed like the opponents with their stripe jersey.

Next thing I know, security is surrounding the Jays and everyone starts attacking the Jays players who are outnumbered.

Then the benches start clearing and it's like a royal rumble broke out here.

Note, dont watch baseball and wrestling in that order before going to sleep.
